Privacy

How we handle your information.

This notice explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the rights you have under UK GDPR.

Who we are

London Royal Academy is a London-based professional learning company. For information submitted through this website, London Royal Academy is the data controller. Contact us at office@londonra.com.

What we collect and why

  • Enquiries. Your name, work email, organisation, approximate group size and the description of your learning need. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a relevant proposal.
  • AI Readiness Scorecard. Your answers and score are calculated in your browser. They are only stored if you choose to submit them with your email address so we can send you a copy.
  • Bookings. Booking a call uses Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Anything you enter there is processed under Calendly's own privacy terms.
  • Analytics. Where analytics are enabled we record anonymous interaction events, such as which calls to action are used, to improve the website. We do not use these to identify individuals.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent, given when you tick the box on a form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries about our services.

Storage, sharing and retention

Submissions are stored in our secure hosted database, accessible only to authorised London Royal Academy staff. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for third-party marketing. We use service providers for hosting, scheduling and email; they process data only on our instructions. Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, object to processing, request a portable copy, or withdraw consent at any time. Email office@londonra.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
